How do Tiny Threads sizes run?
Our sizes are true-to-age with a relaxed cut. Most kids wear their usual size; size up for an oversized look. Full chart on the size guide page.
How long does delivery take?
Karachi: 1–2 working days. Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 working days. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm PKT.
Do you offer free size swaps?
Yes — on the first try, on us. We send a return slip with every order. Just reply to your order email and we'll arrange the swap.
What fabrics do you use?
Soft-wash combed cotton, French terry, and OEKO-TEX certified dyes. No itchy tags — we print the size inside the seam instead.
Are your pieces made in Karachi?
Yes. Cut, sewn, and packed at our partner workshop in SITE, Karachi. Fair-wage, no subcontracting, no shortcuts.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — reply to your order email within 2 hours and we'll update it. After that, our standard return policy applies.
