How to measure
Height
Stand barefoot against a wall. Mark the top of the head, measure down to the floor.
Chest
Measure under the arms, around the fullest part of the chest. Keep the tape snug, not tight.
Waist
Around the natural waistline — usually just above the belly button. No sucking in!
Hip
Around the widest part of the hips, about 18cm below the waistline.
